Welcome to the International Association on Workplace Bullying & Harassment (IAWBH). We are a group who seek to stimulate, generate, integrate and disseminate research and evidence-based practice in the field of workplace bullying and harassment. Through this effort we seek to promote fairness, justice and dignity at work for all.

We coordinate a worldwide conference every two year (last one was in Cardiff, June 2010) and our members receive a newsletter and can participate in a network of their special interest (Special Interest Groups).

We will be inviting colleagues to join the Association and also to meet us all at our next conference in 2012 in Copenhagen.
