Premilla D’Cruz
Premilla D’Cruz is Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, where she teaches Micro Organisational Behaviour and Creativity. Premilla’s research interests include workplace bullying, emotions in organizations, self and identity, organizational control, and ICTs and organizations. In the field of workplace bullying, her research has focused on organizational antecedents and on target experiences.
Premilla received her Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. She has published Employee Identity in Indian Call Centre: The Notion of Professionalism (2009, with Ernesto Noronha), Thinking Creatively at Work: A Sourcebook (2008), Family Care in HIV/AIDS: Exploring Lived Experience (2004) and In Sickness and in Health: The Family Experience of HIV/AIDS in India (2003), in addition to numerous international papers and presentations.
